Apple TV won't connect to wifi

Apple TV will turn on, but says there is no internet service. All other devices in the house are connected so I know it's not the wifi service. We've tried the hard reset. Any other suggestions?

Thank you so much! I hard wired the AppleTV to my router, did the update and now it’s all good. Thanks for replying!
