"your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes" how do i fix this?

When I try to update my apps, my phone tells me "your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes". How do I fix this? I've updated my payment info & changed my apple id password. I have an iPhone 14 if that matters

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
