MS Office for Mac 2021 I have Office for Mac which I purchased and activated 18 months ago. I recently opened a Word doc sent to me which I believe was created in Office 365. Now I’m unable to use my Office for Mac. It states I must activate Office 365 and take out a subscription. Can anyone help with this?

Have had some problems activating this software and had to exchange for another key, I'm trying to get some feed back as to what can I do different to make it work this time around. Have cleaned app system cache for one, not that I know for sure it makes a different. I just got MacBook Air M2 13" (Ventura) and first time user, you know has that is like.
