I'm having troubleshoot installing ios 15.7 .. i can downloaded but cannot install due to no internet connection perhaps i'm using wifi during updating.. furthermore, there is Cellular issue detected..

You said a cellular issue was detected, you need to get that fixed if you're going to install the iOS wirelessly, updating wirelessly requires both a WiFi and cellular connection.

You can also try updating using a computer.

What's mean with cellular issue? Right now im already reset my phone.. now cannot setup my ip..
