Iphone 14 Pro screen scratches

Same. And i only keep it in my pocket with my leather wallet. Only had the phone 5 days and already a nice scratch.

I haven't had my 14 Pro for a week yet and it has a scratch. I've been extremely careful with this phone. This is unacceptable. The Ceramic shield is not good.

Update: ordered a screen protector. It didnt come soon enough. Had the phone 9 days and it has a dozen different scratches. i am very disappointed in apple and their quality control.

Had my 14 pro for a month and already two scratches. I'm very careful with my phone but I didn't want to apply any film or holder so that I can use the phone as it is! It's disgraceful.

Same. I've had almost every generation of iPhone. I never use a screen protector. Not even a case. Keep it in a pocket by its lonesome. Never get scratches. Until this iPhone 14. Had it for 60 minutes => huge noticeable screen scratch. And now it's covered in them a month later.

Same issue. I had an iPhone 11Pro before this for 3 years and have less scratches on that screen than I do on a 2 month old iPhone 14Pro. This isn’t ok. They need to do a recall on these devices

2 days and its scratched beyond belief. My 2year old iP13 work phone with no screen protector is comparatively flawless.

Frankly this is the last time I 'upgrade' an Apple device. Quality is going down the drain.

Same. Less than 24 hours. I haven’t left the house mostly been sitting around in bed or on the couch and already have a scratch. I have not dropped it or put it in a pocket or anything. I am so sick of their claims.

Yes, my 14 Pro as well, I am very careful, only in trouser pocket, no other stuff in there. Scratches all over. My 13 mini did not scratch at all.

i am really bummed , i had to return my first iphone 14 pro max because the photos were distorted. now i had my replacement only a couple weeks , i only put in my pocket sometimes and always with nothing it it. today i see scratches !? unbelievable is Apple just taking their profits and runnning ? customer service was rude , the hassle of just trying to talk to someone. not the Apple i thought i knew.

I have had my phone less than a week and notice so scratches near the camera on the screen. It is round in nature and looks like something was rubbed or set on it. I have only put it in a pocket of soft pants a lone. I have not dropped the phone or set something on the screen. This is crazy that it scratched so soon while waiting for a screen protector. I’ve never had this happen with any other phone. I have no idea what would have given it so many little scratches like this. Very disappointed with this from Apple.

I am so disappointed, just had my phone 14 pro for 4 days until i had screen protector ordered. i saw 3 scratches already, kept it so safe. No mishandling at all.

My old samsung note was far better in that regard, it literally fell from 1 floor high and nothing happened i meant screen didn’t broke.

My watch series 7 screen broke, iphone XR screen broke.

Apple should maintain Quality control and live up to high prices we have to pay :(

Same on mine. I've never used a screen protector and never had a single scratch on any previous model of iphone I've had (and I've had a bunch of them). Usually kept in pocket on its own, but after a few months I have 3 rather large somewhat deep scratches (that I can physically feel with my fingernail). I do believe the quality of this glass isn't as good as previous models. :-(

I have applecare but seems ridiculous to replace the screen for a few scratches, and no actual cracks or brokenness. I believe Apple should recall the screens on these and offer free replacements with higher quality ones.
