I am having issues trying to use my keychain on my Windows 11 google chrome

I am having issues trying to use my keychain on my Windows 11 google chrome, I installed the keychain via iCloud but evey time I click on the key within chrome, it prompts me to open iCloud for windows.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the add-in a number of times with no success.
