That's a great question! To get the expected cash back for purchases, you'll want to use Apple Pay to complete the purchase. Did you use Apple Pay in the Uber app or did your Apple Card as a payment method in the app? If you're not using Apple Pay to complete the purchase, that would be why you're not seeing 3% cash back.
