I bought replacement tips for my Airpod pros and the tips DO NOT snap on. They do not fit and if I force them on it breaks. Do I need to bring them to the store and have a specialist put them on? I noticed in videos the Airpod pros are black on the inside but mine are white. Does that mean something?
