Is it okay to use iPad Pro while charging I know that it will charge slower but will it hurt the battery or explode as they said in crappy news sites ?

It is perfectly normal and safe to use your iPad while charging. Depending upon the power-rating of the Power Adapter, it may charge more slowly.

An iPad Pro will ideally charge at its maximum battery charging rate when charged with a USB-C Power Adapter rated at 20W or greater. Leaving your iPad connected to its Power Adapter for extended periods will also do no harm. The iPad will automatically manage its charging rate.
