I have iCloud family sharing.
I have shattered album with my girlfriend. But posting there means that 2MB gets shrunken to 0,6MB image.
So I need to keep both if I don’t want quality loss.
I can’t just put it there and delete local files to save space.

That's correct. The maximum pixel dimension for a shared photo is 2048. The Apple document that describes the limitations of a Shared Album is How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac - Apple Support
Shared Albums is not an off computer storage facility. So don't delete any photo from the library that you want to keep.

This is correct but not the best solution to share photographs within your family! Because it creates additional copy that fills again the quote and helps not to share photos to my wife than she can’t even print them because they are not in original quality.

It would depend on what sized print you wanted to print from the shared photo. If the largest dimension is 2048 then an 8 x 10 would have a resolution of 205 pixels/inch. A 4 x 8 print would have a resolution of 340. I normally edit for 300.
So don't discount those shared photos from a printing point of view.
