My bank wants a print out of my location when someone stole my wallet and used my credit cards so how do I go about to request apple to email me my location end of July to prove it wasn’t me using the credit cards
Who did? A first line Apple support person? Apple does not keep that information so they would not be able to provide it. If they did so everyone would turn off location services.
Apple doesn't track your location and would not be able to provide that to you.
I spoke to them and they said sue to private policities they do do give out locations
They stated due to policy private they do note give out locations that far back
Perhaps you need to ask your bank how they expect you to accomplish this.
Yea apple support told me that we’ll they actually stated to try and get the data from apple and they could email me that but that didn’t work also because it’s to many options to pick from and don’t want to get the wrong information sent to me but he did say they can not help to where I can get it actually from my phone myself smh
Why do you think Apple has a record of your location at the end of July?
Just point them to the day and time you reported your cards stolen.That should be in their records.
If this was first tier support they gave you incorrect information.
