This message keeps popping up while I am composing an email:
The message “Test” could not be moved to the mailbox “MyMailboxName”
Mail was unable to open this mailbox on the server “mail0.hostingplatform.com”.
The server returned the error: Mailbox doesn't exist: INBOX.Drafts
How do I correct whatever the problem is?

I'm not sure, but I think the problem is your IMAP path prefix is wrong. It seems to want to put everything into the Inbox instead of the level above inbox. When you are creating a new message, a draft is synchronized to the server Drafts folder.
Another possibility is the Mailbox Behaviors has somehow set the Drafts folder as a subfolder of Inbox.
Both of those can be found in the Mail Preferences, Accounts. The IMAP Path Prefix is in Advanced IMAP Settings under Server settings. The Path Prefix is normally blank.
