New Apple Watch Series 3 Update stuck on preparing

I factory reset my apple watch series 3 yesterday as I hadn't used it in a while and wanted to start a fresh. When I went into the watch appand started paring it, it said my device needed a software update. It downloaded the update and then was on suck preparing for over 9 hours and not doing anything. I have tried multiple ways to try and sort this but none of them are working.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks.
