Apple Pay Problem

Hi, my name is Miroslav

I am 14 years old and I am from Czech Republic.

I want to add my debit card to my apple wallet but everytime I tried to add it, it tells me Payment Cards Are Not Supported for this Account.

Does anybody know how to solve this?

I read that I have to atleast 13 years old to use apple pay and I am even using the supported bank/card.

I don't know what is the problem here.
