Hulu needs my location but it doesn't show up on the list so I can give it my location
How can I give Hulu my location when it doesn't show up in the list under settings, privacy and location?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Then, when you launch it, it should ask for permission for things like locations and notifications.
