Apple Watch ECG app and other’s app region problem.
I bought apple watch series 8 but I cant use ECG app and other in Pakistan. Is there anyway to use ECG app and other apps in Pakistan?Can I use these apps in Pakistan in the future or not?

No. Apple cannot release the feature unless the Health Ministry in your country approves the feature in Pakistan. You should definitely petition the health authorities in your country and let them know you'd like them to approve this.
