network >phone not allowed

The phone does not acknowledge the SIM card. Settings> General > About > Network (not available) > Phone not allowed.

"No Service" is Shown.***

"No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen? So, go here to fix this: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as their are the one who provide you with the service of configuring the SIM card. A SIM card is configured by you Carrier. It configures what services you have, and are able to use with the device.

Troubleshooting SIM Cards:

A. Screenshot:

Can you provide a screenshot? That would most certainly help. Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support IMPORTANT: Leave out personal info (i.e. names) by blocking it out with the Photos app.


B. Contact your Carrier:

If you cannot get service on your iPhone, then contact your Carrier. The SIM card is probably misconfigured or damaged. You carrier would replace this. as they are the one who configures the SIM card.
