Good day judysings,
Absolutely, and Music's EQ is the chief reason I would choose Apple Music over other alternatives (I like the 'v-setting' for the EQ - that always sounds best to my hearing), but not with a DAC that badly-distorts the bass and some of the midrange - as all four DACs I've tried to-date have done.
The EQ setting can't correct for the badly-distorted sound.
The problem is that we have no indication which DACs will properly-decode Apple's ALAC codec that is used in Apple Music lossless.
This is why I ask about others' Mojo 2 experiences (I understand Mojo 2 is one of the better DACs - which does *not* mean it will properly-decode ALAC - hence I query about it here), and any alternatives others may have found prefereble to it.
Thank you judysings,
