Hey running version 16 of the OS. All other games work in arcade except NBA2K. None of the buttons work and I can’t get past this screen to play the game. Found help for version 13 of the software but doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve signed in and out of iCloud, deleted the game and reinstalled. Have less than memory being used on Apple TV.

So I deleted the game from my Apple TV; then downloaded to my Macbook air. Did all the configurations on the laptop and got the game setup. Then downloaded the game to my apple tv; since it's already configured from my Apple Profile, It worked.
Huge pain but it worked.

Deleted then downloaded again, Got past the iCloud page, now sticks at "Do you want to download the commentary package.
Works perfectly on MacBook Air.
