Setup iPhone for Elderly

Hello,

I am trying to setup an iPhone for an elderly person in her 80s. I am setting the main page

with minimal icons (phone, contacts, chat apps like Skype). The device is iPhone 11 with 16.0.3.

Is there a way to:

• Lock down the page so that nothing is deleted by mistake? Ideally I would just have one desktop but this is not possible on the iphone.
• Disable autoplay for apple music? I tried finding a configuration in the player but no luck. There are no Apple music subscriptions, etc.

It is already a challenge to the person to get the hang of all the swiping motions to open, close, etc

that many of us find 2nd nature.
