Recording is changing to slow motion in the middle of video (NOT RECORDED IN SLO MO)

My iphone 12 pro is playing videos I recorded for a project in Slo-Mo for some reason. I did NOT record in slo-mo, and what is weird is when you look at the video its original time says 23 mins, but when it starts playing it expands to beyond 1 hour and starts playing in slo-mo after about 2 mins of regular recording. It has done it to 3 of my recordings now, and it is a major problem as I need these videos for an assignment for my teaching credential and cannot re-record them. They are taking forever to download to try and fix, and they are even playing in my Icloud on my Mac Desktop in slo-mo with the same issue.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
