My Card. Is it possible to have TWO "My Cards" within the ONE Apple ID

My wife and I are very happy MAC users with the following shared via the ONE Apple ID.

1) 2 iPhones - obviously with different Phone Numbers

2) 2 IPads

3) 1 MacBook Pro

After recently attending an Apple Presentation at the major and helpful Robina Store (Oz Gold Coast) we were CONVINCED WE SHOULD BE USING the "Medical ID" facility.

However to me only ONE of us can have a "Medical ID" because it is buried behind/linked to the "My Card".

Have I missed something?

Is there a work around?

I am an Advanced Mac ALLTIME student / user.

Thanks

Kev

I am afraid that using the same Apple ID for both of you is the reason.

If each of you had their own Apple ID, there would be no problem.

Sharing purchases is trivial with Family Sharing, and you can easily share notes, calendars, photos....

while retaining your individual characteristics, like Medical ID, and emergency contacts - probably, you'd be your wife's emergency contact, and vice versa, but this is hard to do if you are both using the same Apple ID...
