How do I get my free earbuds?
I’ve had Apple Music student for 3 months and have yet to get the email to redeem the earbuds !! it’s one of the main reasons I started paying for the service and I am really trying to figure it out!!

Did you try to contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look into that?
