It is not possible to delete a subscription that you have canceled or expired.
This will disappear from your purchases after about a year.

After reviewing your post, you'd like to hide your subscription purchase history. While you can hide a purchase, "Hiding an item doesn't hide the record of purchase. You can still see the item in your purchase history."
