because i’ve been hearing and seeing on social media so i’d like to know if it’s true..

If your adapter or cable fails while it is under warranty and Apple deems the cause to be one that is covered under warranty, they will replace it for free.

everything in the box share the same warranty, if you purchased your charger on it's own it have it's own warranty
