Apple Wallet App on Ipad
Hi, Guys,
Sorry to phrase it that way, but, really, is there ever any member of Apple’s Board eve listening to the voice of your Customers.
It’s now been years that for an undisclosed reason, some in your Company decided that IPads and only IPads would not benefit from the Apple Wallet App.
You regularly receive thousands of questions and complaints about it, and anyone looking for it will find tons of blogs on that subject on the web.
Now, how does Apple answer to all Customers?
Sometimes you do not answer at all. Or you answer with a laconic « there is no Apple Wallet App » on IPad. Or sometimes, even worse, you setup an « answer » about Apple Pay, despite the fact question was NOT about Apple Pay, but about Apple Wallet (do you believe Customers are too stupid to make the difference, maybe?)
Like loads of Apple Customers, I do travel a lot, and I’m not booking flights, trains and hotels with my IPhone. IPad is much more comfortable for that, and is actually the « natural » entry door for such bookings. But someone at Apple’s decided one day that WE, the Customers paying and even paying very well (too much?) for Products, would never be able to store our in Apple Wallet on our Ipads, and would have to switch from our Ipads to our IPhones to do so.
Is this the famous concept of continuity pushed by Apple for year? Making sure you will maximise administrative burden for the Customers, rather than « walking in the shoes » of your Customers (Oyakudashi principle) and finally recognise it is a stupid decision not to support Apple Wallet on IPads.
I’d really appreciate to get Tim Cook’s answer on this point.
