iPhone 14 was not delivered

I ordered iPhone14 Pro with preorder 1month ago.

When I checked few times, the package was not delivered staying hotel.

But UPS just told me they don't have responsibility after taking hotel. hotel staff hasn't taken the package.

So I still haven't received the item, I'am so embrrassed.

You need to take that up with the hotel staff, the shipper, and Apple. We have no connection to any of that as we are just other end users.
