My phones not broken on he camera but the flash and back camera will not work at all

It may be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options...

I know this is probably something you’ve already checked, so I mean no disrespect, but it may be worth double checking that you don’t have the flash option turned off or on auto. If those aren’t off then I agree, time to head to an Apple expert or your phone carrier store for support.
