Mobile data fault

So I’m with giff gaff for my mobile data

it’s got plenty of data left but the server keeps saying no service!!! Even in my area says connected!!

the phone says an update is required to use mobile data on my phone!


it works for a few weeks then goes off

iPhone 7, iOS 15

look for Giff Gaff update there.

Go through the various suggestions in the support article above but if they don't help, and your network carrier can't help, then  contact Apple Support for further investigation. You should be able to reach them here

My instructions included contacting GiffGaff -what did they say?

I am on GiffGaff and I have never seen that message

Are you sure there is an O2 signal where you are?

Have you activated the SIM?
