Find out how many times it rings before going to voicemail

Have you assigned a custom ringtone for those contacts that is maybe no longer installed?
OK that is a different symptom to "not hearing"
Have you blocked them?
Are they in your contacts?
I’m not sure. I can hear most of my contacts it’s just two of them I know that it goes straight to voicemail when they call.
no I haven’t blocked them and yes they both are in my contacts
