Hello, i had been on instagram unfollowing people from my account, and instagram thought i was a hacker so they logged me out and gave me the option to put in my password but i don’t remember my password so i couldn’t get my account back, i tried fixing it by uninstalling instagram and installed it back but it says “ Your account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes” & i no longer can download any apps.
