I can not remember my password to my Apple Watch and I am completely locked out. I was trying to connect it to my iPhone and it completely locked me out and will not let me retry the password. Can you unlock my watch?

My watch password is 1975 but it won’t let me retry it. I wrote it down and found it after I was locked out I had to change it in 9-8-2022
