I have A problem

I have an iPad Air today. There was a problem with safari and the account when I entered the password, it is not possible to complete this procedure, although in the iPhone I can access and when I enter the Apple Store, it appears as if there is no internet connection, although I am connected to the Internet at home.

Hey there,


Force close safari app , you can quit it and then reopen it to try and resolve the issue. (Typically, there’s no reason to quit an app; quitting it doesn’t save battery power, for example.)


  1. To quit an app, open the App Switcher, then swipe up on the app.
  2. To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen(or the App Library), then tap the app.


If quitting and reopening the app doesn’t solve your problem, try restarting iPad.
