Hey guys, the files on my iPad( mainly in pages or Xmind) always disappear, I have to look up in my iCloud to retrieve them, which is rather inconvenient. Do you guys have any ways to solve this? Many thanks!

We understand your documents are disappearing from the Pages app. We'd be happy to provide information about what may be happening.
You have to stay signed in to iCloud in order for the documents to appear. If you don't want iCloud enabled, you'll have to save the documents locally: Sync a Pages document across devices - Apple Support
