When I try to enter on the recovery mode, it's open a locked mode asking for my icloud account.
I enter the account and password and after that it want to reset the password for my local accounts, I don't want change any password because I know my local passwords.
I enter rebooting or power on with cmd + R pressed and hold until Apple logo appear.
Macbook Air 13' 2018 Intel model.
Any knows what is happening?

Is this computer enrolled and management by an MDM Service >> Set up local macOS accounts - Apple Support (CA) ?
If so, the user may require contacting the Administrator of the service
Finally I log in with the first account we created as admin and I think that's the key, after that I try to enter in recovery Mode and in that moment works fine.
The recovery mode show the local users, you select one, input the password and you get in.

1 - Restart computer and immediately hold the two keyboard combo Command r
2 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal
3 - Type resetpassword as one word and no spaces
4 - Press Return key
5 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password
The " Owner Account of this computer " has that privilege to add, remove, upgrade or downgrade accounts. This would include adding more Admin Accounts and / or downgrading an ADDED Admin account

Normally the " Owner Account " is the very first Account used when the Computer was Very First Setup as New and out of the box.
Adding additional Admin Account can be done there after.

You have to choose Terminal from the Utilities menu.
Don't change any passwords.
No, this laptop isn't on MDM linked. I just link my Apple ID (from my work email) to the laptop, could be that the problem?
