After updating iPhone to IOS 16.0.3, it unusually overheats

Hello, I’ve been using my Iphone 13 Pro Max for a while now without any issues.

however, after updating it to IOS 16.3, it unusually over heats while browsing instagram or even Netflix!

really annoys me, has anyone else been experiencing the same problem as this? What can I do to make this problem go away?
