How do I set up an email account? I’ve been trying, and it gets rejected (read above). I’ve been using hotmail.com through outlook, but I’m not receiving mail, now. I know I have to change, but nothing is working. I’ve been afraid to delete any more. Help! Thanks!

You need to explain that. If you mean through the Outlook app then we can't help except to recommend using the stock Mail app instead
