There is spam email showing up in my autofill information. How do I find and delete this?

For this issue, we'd recommend the following related steps:


  1. Go to your contact card or My Card to double check that the details are correct. If not, please edit the contact to reflect your details only.
  2. After this, go to Settings > Safari > AutoFill and tap to open it.
  3. Deselect 'Use Contact Info'.
  4. Close the Settings app: Close an app on your iPad - Apple Support
  5. Restart your iPad - Apple Support
  6. Then go back to Settings > Safari > AutoFill > then re-enable the 'Use Contact Info' option.
  7. If needed, reselect your My Card from the 'My Info' section.


In case the issue continues to occur, then it would be best to contact Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.
