Do you get a message saying what is preventing shutdown?

Im having same problem. i followed instructions in terms of installing Find Any File and moved them to trash bin, but it’s still showing up on my dock and i can’t close my computer

I think it is Adobe Acrobat but unsure. My whole system/computer is affected!
