Do not post your credit card in a public forum where anyone can see it unless you want a ton of charges on it.
To add a card to Apple Pay, follow the steps here: link-> Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support
Make sure your iPhone is set to a country where Apple Pay is supported: link-> Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
Settings->General->Region->Language & Region->Region.
