how to recover photos of my iPhone 12

I didn’t have back up in my iCloud or any where else ? Can I get back up

while having back up

software got corrupted so I went to apple service centre they said u will recover all your data but they didn’t do it

can I recover my photos ? Any other data

If you didn't backup, then there is nothing to recover from.
