I have a mid2010 27" iMac. It's running High Sierra 10.13.6 I have 15 G of memory.
A pop-up suggests I upgrade to Mojave 10.14
Can I do this? Or should I stay with High Sierra 10.13.6?

High Sierra is the latest you can run.
It is most likely from Apple. Two of my Macs get a notification for Monterey despite not being compatible. I never have been able to get them to go away. I just ignore them.
