Lost old cell phone, can not pair Apple Watch to new phone due to not knowing old email for Apple ID re: activation lock

I lost my old cell phone and no longer have the ability to disconnect it from my old iPhone, in trying to pair it to my new phone I factory reset the watch and now can’t get past the activation lock because I can’t remember which email was used for the AppleID, I have tried all the emails I can remember but it’s an old phone and I can’t of the life for me figure it out- I have bought a new phone and want to re-pair my almost new Apple Watch.

Where do I go from here?
