Trying to download a purchased app and it is asking me for my card info
I have been trying to add the card info (which is correct) and my card is declining. Please help.

If you can't make purchases or update your apps, including free apps, there might be a problem with your payment method. To fix this, add a new payment method or update your payment information:
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
