Got my daughter a Apple Watch she doesn’t use it anymore and I was going to start using it but she doesn’t have a email it was set up with a email I know that info but she doesn’t remember her password

Follow this guide to recover your Apple ID (login email).

And follow this one to reset your Apple ID password.
