Beats executive headphones wont go into paring mode
Headphones won’t pair right from the box. These beats executive have one button one them so there isn’t much of a possibility to force the headphones into pairing mode. Any suggestions ?

If you have Beats Executive model, there isn't a way to pair them. "Pairing" is something that applies to Bluetooth headphones, which these are not. To connect them to a device, you would just plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones, and the other end of the cable into the device you're trying to listen from.
If you want to use the Active Noise Cancellation (what the button is for) just slide the button to turn it on or off, and make sure the batteries have adequate charge. The LED will be green if there's enough power, or red if it's time to replace the batteries.
