When I use my ShopBack or pace to verify my identity I have to scan through my document with their app camera. When I try to scan it’s blurred not able to scan my previous iPhone 8 Plus working nicely but this new iPhone 14 pro max can’t… even life fitness app barcode scan also blurred unable to scan or login to the apps

The problem is not from third party app, because my iPhone 8 Plus working with that app (upgraded ios16 ),
but my new iPhone 14 pro max not working properly.
