is my iMac late 2013 compatible with macOS monterey

I also have been under the impression that Catalina was the last stop for my late 2013 iMac. However, on youtube I saw a guy talking about Target Display being back on Monterey. and here is a screenshot of his "About this Mac".

How did he do that?

the way that user accomplished that was against the license agreement for macOS. and in many places on earth, it's not only forbidden as per the license agreement, but is also illegal.

No, unfortunately, Catalina’s the last stop. Get off there, switch to a new iMac and proceed to Ventura. All the best😁
