Allow screen recording via Intune

Hello guys,

I distribute the remote support software "Anydesk" via Intune.

So that the user does not have to set system settings but only has to confirm access in "Anydesk", I would like to authorize the app "AnyDesk" for screen recording via configuration profile in the privacy settings.

In Intune I added a profil called "AnyDesk Fulldisk Access"

Here I allowed fulldisk access and set the screen recording field to "Not configured".

But on the device the settings are not set after downloading the profile.

I feel like I must do this with a script.

Have you any idea how I can set the settings automatically?

Thanks for any input!

Greetings

This will be a question for Microsoft’s Intune Support people. I would contact them directly as this is a MacBook user to user forum and it’s unlikely anyone here can offer any insight besides the fact Intune is not an Apple product.

There are other online resources you could try such as Edugeek. An online forum for IT support departments in Education most of whom regularly use the more popular MDM’s such as Intune, Jampf etc.

I have a feeling that fulldisk access for non-Apple apps may not be possible using an MDM Profile setting. However you never know? I would also try Jampf’s Support forum as there’s a lot of experienced IT admins on there who may have a solution?

Good luck!
