Custom email in iCloud
what is the cost to have a custom email (with my domain) in icloud?

As long as you subscribe to iCloud+ (so anything with a paid iCloud account, including Apple One, etc), there is no additional cost. It’s included as one of the features that was added when iCloud was rebranded to iCloud+. You can read more about it here:

So, AFAIK, the only iCloud this won’t be included on is the free, 5gb tier - which obviously isn’t iCloud+. Hope that helps. :)
